T1 heights of Bastia, unique sea view

About 10 minutes from Bastia city center, this apartment located in a very quiet environment will charm you with its unique breathtaking sea view. The ground floor opens onto a 10 m2 covered terrace; followed by an equipped kitchen and then a large room with reversible air conditioning combining a living room area and a sleeping area with a small shower room. Free access to part of the garden. Baby equipment is free and available upon request. Free parking in front of the accommodation. The space The accommodation enjoys the calm of a village house while enjoying the advantages of a townhouse, the center being a few minutes drive away (7 exactly by scooter!). The road to Ville-di-Pietrabugno, although passable and clean, is nonetheless winding. The breathtaking view of the sea suggests that the road has a certain elevation; indeed, Alzeto is located more than 300 meters above sea level (with a difference of about 3 degrees Celsius with Bastia-Centre, which is very appreciable in summer!) Access to the accommodation is on a slope, after crossing the gate. Please do not drive your vehicle down to the property, even temporarily. Unshared accommodation, which guests will have full enjoyment of. The area is 34 m². The small bathroom consists of a sliding wall shower, small vanity unit, toilet and storage. Soap is provided. The closet in the main room includes storage (shelves and wardrobe), washing machine with capsules available, a small clothes rack, an ironing board and an iron. Towels and bath towels are also stored there for your comfort, as well as blankets and an auxiliary fan heater if needed. Vacuum cleaner, broom and mop are also stored in this closet, as well as the cordless vacuum cleaner charger. Household products are under the kitchen sink. Coffee (ground with filters or capsules), tea, cappuccino and bottles of water are available in the kitchen, as well as condiments and butter. For your safety, the property is equipped with a smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. An umbrella, two beach chairs and two beach towels are available in the closet. It is possible to accommodate 3 people, (160 bed and sofa bed in the same room), that is to say one or two adults with child(ren). Indeed, the apartment is more comfortable and more suitable for this configuration and would be too cramped for 3 adults. While the space is on one level, two steps separate the kitchen area from the sleeping area. There is also a small step between the main room and the shower room. No facing, unique view and always different by its colors varying according to the weather. Enjoy the amazing view both inside and out, best table guaranteed for all your meals! Being on the heights of Bastia, the road will be uphill to access the accommodation. If you have a GPS, it will take you right in front of the gate. We can also send you a link with the location on Maps. Once there, please do not park your vehicle on the property, even temporarily: the parking space is outside, on the sidewalk along the road. 2 private spaces are available, please do not occupy both spaces when parking. Access to the accommodation is through the main gate, the remote control (I button to open and close) and keys are in the lockbox near the doorbell. The code will be sent to you the day before your arrival. The entrance to the apartment is on the north side, at the bottom of the house, to the left of the garage. There is one step down, then two more to access the terrace. Please note that access to the accommodation is quite steep, a detail to consider if you have walking difficulties. Possibility of accessing part of the garden by a gate adjacent to the front door of the apartment. Please close the gate after you, especially at night (cows and bulls could enter). Other things to note Although close to the city center (by car/motorcycle), the accommodation is in a quiet and family-friendly hamlet, a few minutes' walk from the village of Guaitella. While a vehicle is required to reach Ville-di-Pietrabugno (although shuttles serve the village 4 times/day with line 13), walking enthusiasts will be pleased to know that hiking trails are nearby, including the famous Glacières (E Nivere). It is also possible to take a path down to Toga (about 45 minutes to go down and 1.5 hours to go up). Bicycles can optionally be stored on the covered terrace of the apartment. Please do not keep them inside the accommodation for obvious hygiene reasons. As there is no glass bin available, we kindly ask you to dispose of your glass waste, if you wish to recycle it, in a public bin (there is one near the Sainte Lucie church).
