Le Teoulet, Les Eyzies A secluded 12th century house with 5 double bedrooms, a heated swimming pool, terrace and 35 acres of ancient parkland. The ground floor of the house comprises of a large Salon with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen and an office. The 1st floor has 2 en-suite bedrooms and a WC. The 2nd floor comprises of two bedrooms, one bathroom and a WC. There is also a cellar/laundry room and a pool house with a bed. We have Starlink internet with Wi-Fi Mesh, gated drive and parking. The space The Salon is the main room of the house for entertaining, dining and resting. The pool area serves as a wonderful place to swim, relax and dine. The first and second floors have had new wooden flooring down since June 2024 for the hallways and bathrooms. Guest access You have access to the whole house Other things to note The fifth bedroom is located in the Pool House and is much too cold for guests to stay in during the winter. Please also note that the Pool House is located next to the main house and has a double bed, some storage but no bathroom or toilet facilities. As of January 2024, linen is charged separately.
