Erkel utca 3 is located in the IX District of Budapest in a very quiet and very well served area.A few meters away you will find one of the most visited tourist stops in Budapest:the Great Central Covered Market (Nagy Vásárcsarnok),the largest and oldest covered market in Budapest.The market is located close to the Liberty Bridge and the famous Váci utca shopping street.After a day spent visiting Budapest,you can enjoy a beautiful sunset on the banks of the Danube with an aperitif at the Bálna. The space New 60 sqm apartment with 3 bedrooms (3 beds queen size), 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub) and comfortable kitchen equipped with all appliances useful for spending a relaxing holiday (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven). In addition to this you will find free high-speed WI-Fi with which to video call friends and family or watch a movie on the TV that you will find in the room. Outside, on the upper floor, there is a very sunny 25sqm private terrace where you can enjoy the Budapest sun. Other things to note Most of our guests now fully understand what apartment rental is about and what to expect, we strive to make everyone's stay really special, so here a short list what to expect from us and what not: - We provide an initial set of bedding and towels according to the number of guests. - What we don't provide is daily maid service and fresh linen and towels every day. If you require this, please either bring your own towels or you can rent additional towels from us for the cost of EUR 2,50 / towel. - For reservations of 7 days or longer you are eligible to request a mid-stay cleaning (with fresh bedding) for an extra charge (max. once per week) - We also provide a number of toilet paper rolls. Should this run out, please buy this in the local supermarket like you would at home. We are able to help you with airport transfers.
