Brand new since October 2022. Small independent cottage 16 m² with access through the garden, consisting of a bedroom with kitchenette, bathroom and toilet, overlooking a large wooded garden. Closed parking on the property. Not overlooked, absolute calm, south-facing. Private 16 m2 wooden terrace equipped with a sitting area. In season (end of May to mid-September depending on weather) you will enjoy the heated pool to relax and enjoy the view. Petanque court for amateurs. The space To access the cottage, you have to cross our garden and pass in front of our house and swimming pool. From your cottage, you access your terrace, then crossing the wooded garden you come to the pool area and its pool house. Deckchairs and an umbrella are at your disposal. You also have the option to prepare your meals in your cottage: stove, dishes, microwave, fridge, coffee maker are at your disposal. Assortment of coffee, teas and infusions available. Garden furniture and BBQ on your terrace. Guest access You will have access to the garden, petanque court and pool area while respecting the calm of the premises from 10 a.m. The pool area can be used by our family and friends. Other things to note Located in a very pretty village between Lyon (16 minutes by TER, 30 minutes by car), Vienne (20 minutes by car) and Saint-Etienne (30 minutes by car). Our accommodation is located 9 minutes' drive from the train station, you will then be in the center of Lyon in just 16 minutes by train. To eat, in the village you will find a very good Italian restaurant that also offers takeout, a pizzeria, a bakery and a tobacco bar.
