Smoking is not allowed inside in the unit. Go outside and smell the fresh air. 2. Conserve water at all time. We don't have to lecture you about the melting ice caps. 3. Water from the faucet is not potable. 4. Turn off the lights when not in use. 5. Keep the noise. 6. Don't hang clothes on the terrace railings. Clothes rack is provided with hanger. 7. No smoking inside the condo. There's a designated smoking area just outside the canopy at the ground floor. 8. Cooking is allowed except dried fish and squid. Please turn on the range hood when cooking. No grilling inside the condo. 9. WIFI is also available at the country club. 10. Hold-out Deposit. We required security deposit - 3,000.
