Relax in this atmospheric and cozy basement apartment, approx. 65 m2. You have access to a small bedroom, living room, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen/household space, small toilet and spacious bathroom and sauna facilities with a wood stove. You have Netflix, Wi-Fi and Playstation4. Watching a movie is made pleasant by the stereo, 5 speakers and bass. The space also has a decent table, which is suitable for both telecommuting and children's crafts. You have a private terrace and a small fenced yard. The space NOTE: It's a basement space, so the height of the room is lower than normal, 2004mm and the height of the doorways is 1830mm. It's best for 2-3 people, but it's a place to stay for 4 (+baby) people (extra bed + couch + cot). The home has water-based underfloor heating. The space is warm in winter and wonderfully cool in the summer when you take out the heat. If you are allergic, please note that the host family has three dogs. Your private use includes a furnished deck, pool, as well as a gas grill. There is a fenced in small area of the yard for your use to make a visit with pets as easy and comfortable as possible. You can keep the out door open, sit on the deck or swim so that your pet may be free to accompany. This enclosure also separates your pet from the host family's own pets that live on the upper floor of the house. The pool and barbecue are at your disposal during the summer time (also in the spring and fall as long as the air permits). The pool has sun until the afternoon and part of the terrace throughout the day. The pool is electrically heated (air source heat pump) and can be heated for an additional fee (200e per week). Please report the pool heating wishes at least 4 days before to allow the pool to heat up. In the event of cancellation, the pool heating costs will not be refunded (in case of cancellation 4 days prior with pool heating started). It's a great place for both short and longer visits, and it's also a great place for commuters. What's more comfortable when at the end of the work day heats up the sauna, a dip in the pool, drink a glass of cold, and watch a good movie on Netflix. The space has a double bed 140x200cm and an extra bed if needed (80x200). The sofa is not a sofa bed, but works well for one sleep. We also have a crib and high chair (without padding) if needed. Car car seat (under 13kg) can be asked. We strive to provide you with the most private visit possible and are happy to assist you if needed. The host family is a couple, Jenni and Magnus Blomqvist, and one of the family's sons, Hannes, still lives at home. We also have two nice dogs, the French bulldogs Armas and Lea, and the watchdog Maija. Maija is always connected when we have guests. One of the dogs Lea sometimes barks, but the barking is not constant. We've tried to soundproof the basement space, but some sound carries down because we live on the upper floors of the house. It's a good idea to keep in mind if you need a completely quiet visit. We also have a child who sometimes visits the grandma farm and may bring some additional noises for living. As a guest, you don't have to worry about noises. You can leisurely watch a good movie on Netflix with the stereo and basses on, listen to music and enjoy yourself, we won't be disturbed so you can make yourself at home. There is also a large table in the space that is suitable for remote work as well as children´s crafts or both at the same time. Your private use includes a furnisher terrace, a swimmingpool and gas grill. There is a small fenced area in the yard for your use. The apartment is well suited for both short and longer visit and is also perfect place for business travellers. What´s more pleasant when the end of the working day you can warm up the sauna, take a dip in the pool, drink a glass cold and watch a good movie on Netflix.
