Relax in this atmospheric and cozy basement apartment, approx. 65 m2. You have access to a small bedroom, living room, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen/household space, small toilet and spacious bathroom and sauna facilities with a wood stove. You have Netflix, Wi-Fi and Playstation4. Watching a movie is made pleasant by the stereo, 5 speakers and bass. The space also has a decent table, which is suitable for both telecommuting and children's crafts. You have a private terrace and a small fenced yard. The space NOTE: This is a basement, so the room height is lower than normal, 2004mm and the height of the doorways is 1830mm. The place is best suited for 2-3 people, but it can accommodate 4 (+baby) people (extra bed + sofa + crib). The property has water-circulating underfloor heating. The space is warm in winter and wonderfully cool in summer when the heat is removed. If you are allergic, please note that the host family has three dogs. You have a private furnished terrace, swimming pool and gas grill. A small area of the yard is fenced off for your use to make visiting with pets as easy and comfortable as possible. You can keep the front door open, sit on the terrace or swim so that your pet can be free. This fence also separates your pet from the host family's own pets living upstairs in the house. The swimming pool and barbecue are available to you during the summer (also in spring and autumn as long as the weather allows). The sun shines on the swimming pool until the afternoon and on part of the terrace all day. The swimming pool is electrically heated (air heat pump) and can be heated for an additional fee (200 euros per week). Please notify us of your pool heating preferences at least 4 days in advance to allow the pool to heat up. In case of cancellation, the pool heating costs are non-refundable (if the cancellation occurs 4 days before the pool heating is started). The property is well suited for both short and longer visits and is also a great destination for business travelers. What could be more comfortable than heating up the sauna at the end of the working day, jumping into the pool, drinking a glass of cold drink and watching a good movie on Netflix. The property has a double bed 140 x 200 cm and an extra bed if needed (80 x 200). The sofa is not a sofa bed, but works well for one person to sleep on. If necessary, we also have a crib and a high chair (without padding). A car seat (under 13 kg) can be requested. The host family is the couple Jenni and Magnus Blomqvist, and one of the family's sons, Hannes, still lives at home. We also have two nice dogs, French bulldogs Armas and Lea, and a watchdog Maija. Maija is always on the leash when we have guests. One of the dogs, Lea, sometimes barks, but the barking is not continuous. We have tried to soundproof the basement, but some sounds can be heard downstairs because we live on the upper floors of the house. This is good to note if you are looking for a completely quiet visit. We also have a child's child, who occasionally visits the grandmother and may bring some extra voices to the residence. As a guest, you don't have to worry about the noise. You can watch a good movie on Netflix with the stereo and bass on, listen to music and enjoy yourself, we won't be disturbed, so you can feel at home.
