The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a fin-de-siècle building on a quiet street in the green 17th district. Three individual bedrooms with double beds for you to choose from await you. The modern, spacious living room invites you to relax on the wide corner couch, and the large dining table is perfect for enjoying a delicious meal at any time of the day. The pleasant and close dinners together or the many laughs while playing board games in the living room will be remembered for a long time! After a day of sightseeing, you can refresh yourself in the shower or relax in the bathtub, in the soothing coloured bathroom. There is also an extra separate toilet for added convenience. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with high-quality appliances, namely refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, as well as dishes, cutlery, pots and other cookware. Guest access Important Check-in Information: According to Austrian law, every guest is required to present a valid ID upon arrival. Since we offer a self check-in, this is done through a simple online check-in process before your arrival. Please note that this step is legally required and mandatory for all guests. 2. Parking is chargeable throughout Vienna. The short-term parking zone applies to all districts from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Outside of these times, you can park for free (with the exception of resident parking spaces). Prices for the parking tickets start at 1.10 euros per half hour. You can buy the parking tickets at tobacconists or online, for example. Other than that, there is a park and ride option, which you can reach (from our place) within 10 minutes. There you can park from 3.60 Euro per day. Children are also welcome. A cot can be provided free of charge on request. The apartment is cleaned by professionals and the bed linen and towels are properly disinfected.
