Located in a quiet area between two waterfalls, it provides a unique setting where even young children can safely enjoy shallow, crystal-clear water. Just 300 meters away, you’ll find the river and beautiful waterfalls — perfect for swimming, exploring or simply unwinding by the water. The village center (4 km) offers two shops, a café and a post office. Zagreb is only a 1-hour drive away, and the train station in Generalski Stol is within walking distance (transport can be arranged upon request). The location is ideal for day trips to Ogulin, Klek, Bijele and Samarske stijene, the Dobra River, Lešće thermal spa, Duga Resa and Karlovac. The Adriatic coast (Rijeka, Kvarner) is less than two hours away, and the nearest highway exit is Bosiljevo 1. Guest access Guests have access to the right side of the house, ensuring privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The attic bedroom offers 4 beds (1 double and 2 single), ideal for a small family or a couple with children. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, stovetop, oven, dishwasher and all essentials for preparing family meals. The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Outside, guests can relax on the terrace, enjoy sun loungers and use the barbecue with firewood provided. Free parking is available next to the house.
