This is an amazing beachfront house with a beautiful view of the ocean. Beautiful sunsets and a lot of seashells. Walking distance from Rompeolas Beach, Crash Boat Beach, great restaurants, and delicious food that you will absolutely love. You will also find Paseo Real Marina with kiosks, Alta Mar mojitos, and Others. Also find rental bikes, jet skis, and kayaks nearby. It has been completely remodeled in and out and equipped with new appliances and furniture. All rooms are equipped with A/C. The space This property consists of a living room, kitchen, breakfast bar dining room, and two rooms. The master with a Queen bed and the second with two double-size beds and a spacious balcony to the sea. We also have a laundry room that will be shared with other guests and provides hot water in all areas except the kitchen sink. Guest access Access through the front door with a key lock box. Other things to note We are located on Tamarindo beach. You can GPS (Entrada Playa el Tamarindo) and it should take you to the parking lot between the two schools. Also, we can always send you a pin. Please see the directions so that you have an idea of how to easily get to the house. In addition, there is a bar & grill seven houses down, which occasionally has events and plays music after midnight. Although it is not extremely loud, at times the music can be heard but we provide earplugs just in case.
