The space Location & Access The entrance to the accommodation is located on a small, quiet street, in the immediate vicinity of all amenities: shops, bakery, grocery store, etc. A G20 supermarket is located barely two minutes away on foot. The SNCF train station is a 5-minute walk away (Blois, Beaugency, Meung sur Loire, Orléans, Tours, etc.). Internet & Kitchen Internet: Wi-Fi codes provided upon confirmation of your reservation. Kitchen Side: The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery, utensils, saucepans, oven dishes, pizza stone, and raclette machine. Everything you need to whip up delicious sweet or savory treats. Vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper are provided for your use. Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. Bedrooms The bedrooms are located upstairs. Bedroom 1: This room is equipped with two 90x200 beds (possibility of joining the two beds to form a 180x200 double bed using the connector kit) – please specify when booking. A wardrobe will allow you to store your belongings and shoes. Hangers are provided. Bedroom 2: Room with a 140x200 double bed + a wardrobe. It is possible to provide a very comfortable Intex inflatable queen air mattress (for 2 people). A supplement of 20 euros is required. In both bedrooms, sheets and towels are provided, and the beds are made upon arrival. It is possible to provide a travel cot upon request. Living & Dining Area Living Room Side: Comfortable sofa with armchair, books for reading and relaxing. Convertible sofa with 140x190 mattress. Dining Room Side: A table available for beautiful lunches or dinners. Crockery, glasses, utensils, and others are located in the kitchen storage. Convertible Sofa (with real 140x190 mattress): In case of additional guests beyond 4 people, sheets will be provided in the bedrooms. Bathroom & Laundry Bathroom Side: Provided: bath towels, hairdryer, liquid hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Laundry: Iron, ironing board, washing machine + extra bed linen available for your use. Storage: At the entrance of the apartment, an entrance bench to take off your shoes and store them, a coat rack for your coats/jackets/bags. Cleaning Fee: The "cleaning" fees include beds made, bath towels, household linen, and house cleaning.
