Trade fair 15 min / City 20 min and relaxation in the countryside

Not far from the trade fair or center of Nuremberg, two modern, cozy guest rooms with two beds and a sofa bed each await you in my small detached house in a quiet and idyllic outskirts. The space There is a large wellness bathroom with a large tub (2 people) and an open shower. A cozy living area with a large TV and piano invite you to spend pleasant evenings. In the open kitchen-living room with a cooking peninsula, counter and large dining table, you can fortify yourself. In front of the house, a sun terrace, barbecue station, fireplace and, in the warm season, a refreshment in the pool await you in the garden. Loungers available In the cold season, the fireplace invites you to spend cozy hours and the sauna (up to 6-7 people) for healthy sweating. The pool can be used as a plunge pool to cool down until the frost temperatures set in. (Sauna towels, infusion agents and sauna music available) Maximum occupancy: Room 1: 2 single beds Room 2: 2 single beds Living room: 1 sofa bed (extendable) for 2 people Other things to note With this listing, you can book the entire house for yourself. No other guests or myself are in the house. Since I usually live in the house myself, you will occasionally find a personal item of mine. If you would like to charge your e-car during your stay with me, please let me know when you book. Electricity for the car is chargeable.
