The space Many consistently positive reviews don't lie. A clean and well-maintained granny apartment awaits you in the basement (basement) of our single-family home, where we also live. There is a common entrance area, the apartment is located separately and of course lockable. The apartment consists of a bedroom, shower room, large living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen with storage room. SLEEPING: Cozy bedroom with a 1.60-m-wide bed (separate mattresses, 2 duvets), a wardrobe and one of the two entrances to the terrace. *2019: completely renovated and furnished* *2026: new bett1 mattresses, medium-firm* LIVING / DINING: 25 m² living and dining room with a spacious east-facing window and enough space to eat and work. Due to the location in the basement, the apartment is of course air-conditioned. If you keep the doors closed at lunchtime, it is still pleasantly cool even at 40° outside temperature. For a cozy breakfast or a nice evening outside, a seating set and 2 designer deck chairs are already waiting. Fly screens on all windows and doors keep pests away. There is an electric awning against the very bright morning sun in summer. Guest access Our guests have a completely closed living space to themselves. Access to the apartment is via a common house entrance and the common staircase. The apartment has its own lockable door. NOTE: We live on a very narrow cul-de-sac. Parking is available on the street, max. 100-150 m from the house. Upon arrival and departure, the car can be parked for a short time in the turning area in front of the house. Other things to note Since we live in the house, we are quickly available for any questions during your stay! *** We live on a narrow residential street and unfortunately do not have unlimited parking space. Therefore, please note our instructions on parking options, which we will provide to you upon arrival. When you arrive, you are welcome to park in the turning area right by the house in the direction of travel.
