There is a common entrance area, the apartment is located separately and of course lockable. The apartment consists of bedroom, shower room, large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with storage room. SLEEPING: Cuddly bedroom with 1.60 m wide bed (separate mattresses, 2 duvets), a wardrobe and one of the two accesses to the terrace. *2019: Completely renovated and furnished* LIVING / DINING: 25 m ² living and dining room with a spacious window facing east and enough space to eat and work. You will find a corner sofa, a TV with cable TV, DVD players and movies, books, board games and free WiFi! *2019: fully renovated and furnished* BATHROOM: Functional daylight shower room with real glass shower cabin and underfloor heating was recently equipped with new sanitary facilities. *2019: Toilet and sink renewed* KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Due to its location on the first floor, the apartment is of course air-conditioned. If you keep the doors closed at lunchtime, it is still pleasantly cool even at 40° outside temperature. For a cosy breakfast or a nice evening outside, there is already a seating set and 2 designer loungers. Fly screens on all windows and doors keep plague ghosts away. There is an electric awning against the very rich morning sun in summer. Guest access Our guests have a completely enclosed living space for themselves. There is access to the apartment via a shared house entrance and the shared staircase. The apartment has its own lock door. Parking is available in a separate parking lot about 30 m from the house. Other things to note Since we live in the house with you, we are available for any questions during your stay! *** We live in a narrow cul-de-sac and have no unlimited space to park.
