The apartment comes with a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, 2 flat screen TVs with satellite channels, 1 Super King size pocket sprung beds (which can be converted into 2 single beds if required), a Small Double pocket sprung bed and a Sofa bed. Whilst we welcome everyone, this apartment may not be best suited to young families. Its very central location means you may hear city noises from time to time. Other things to note Guests will be required to sign our terms and conditions (Ts and Cs), provide a proof of ID for all the guests as well as authorise a security deposit of £200 prior to arrival. Check in instructions are sent automatically 5 days prior to arrival once the Ts & Cs have been signed. Key collection code is also sent to guests automatically once the security deposit has been authorised. No access to the apartment will be granted without these 2 steps being in place. The security deposit will returned automatically after 3-5 working days providing no damage has been found and Ts and Cs have been respected. The parking we recommend (which is the nearest car park other than on-street parking) is run by Newcastle City Council. As such, it has nothing to do with us and prices may increase from time to time. We therefore cannot be liable for the increase in car park changes.
