Kenyalang Riverine Emerald Resort Homestay

Our condo is located at Emerald Riverine Condominium Resort, s in the middle of Kuching City but safe and quiet and one of the most prestigious condo in Kuching. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both river view and city view, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, free wifi, android tv with netflix, carpark, courtyard in front of the unit, huge living and dining area. The facilities include swimming pool, gym, sauna, hot jacuzzi bathtub, riverside terrace. It is your home away from home. The space The minute you get out of the lift, you will see a huge courtyard and the swimming pool is just a step away from your unit. The unit both has river view and city view. Our condo is bigger than most of the 3-bedroom condo. We have huge living room and dining area, huge master bedroom, reasonably-sized guest bedrooms. It is also without any stairs and it is wheelchair friendly Guest access You may use the swimming pools (it has adult and children pool), the gym, the lobby, the terrace along the river. The sauna and the jacuzzi hot tub are free after 5pm. Before 5pm, you have to pay RM10 per usage. All the facilities (gym, pools, sauna, hot tub) are available from 7am-830pm daily. Other things to note At night, you may stroll at the long walkway next to Sarawak River. You can enjoy the view of the city and the serene village view of the other side of the river. Else you can walk leisurely towards the Kuching Waterfront, walk at the Darulhana Bridge, enjoy the view of the Sarawak River, the Astana. Kuching is a magnificent town with spectacular view.
