Kindly inform me ahead of time if you have any vehicle because the parking slot in the basement is subject to availability) Guest access You will have access to the entire unit to yourself and will only share it with those you're traveling with. This building has no free parking space, paid parking only. Just incase you need one, kindly inform me in advance since the parking space is subject to its availability. Other things to note Booking Requirements: -PRE CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS All guests are required to submit valid IDs (passport for foreign visitors and any government-issued ID for locals). Please provide all the necessary documents required at least 3 days prior to your arrival or ASAP for last minute bookings. These are required by the property for security reasons. There is a possibility that you can not check-in if you couldn't submit me the requirements before the deadline. -CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT Check in time is at 3PM Check out time is at 11AM Please be guided that all guest needs to check in and out at the exact times since the cleaning staff needs enough time to prepare for the next guests.:)
