You'll have private front and side door access to enjoy privately the entire segregate 1,500 sq ft Terrace-Level, Our 3,200 sq ft home lays situated on 1/2 acres next to cordial neighbors and good friends. The property is beautifully intertwined with both Atlanta's famous nature and big city lifestyles allowing guests to enjoy at their convenience the great out doors while yet being within the city's perimeter. With two (2) spacious bedrooms each having King-size bed accommodations, guests wind-down their evenings with a long hot soak in the 50 gal jetted tub or by showering within the huge glass-encased stone shower area. Access to a designated thermostat for both air-conditioning & heating while on premises. Feel free to open all the windows and large glass-pane French Doors to enjoy fresh air and the soothing sound of a clear running natural creek just a few feet away. Free internet & W-Fi allowing Roku TV streaming with numerous stations and cable channels to choose from. Booking accommodates only up to four (4) guests and .. Please NO parties or gatherings. No ADA wheel-chair facilities available. Check-in 3 pm or later. Check-out by 11 am. For reservations of 28 days or more, an additional $150 towards cleaning will be required. Guest access You'll have access to the attached two decks..(main deck AND side landing). You may walk along the creek's banks upon our property and of course, leisurely walks within the neighborhood and nearby Park/Forest. Please while outside near creek do not to tread unto the properties of our neighbors. Other things to note We have an easily accessible staircase from the curbside parking area that leads to the the main staircase that lead to the front entrance of the Lower-Level Suite. We unfortunately do not have ADA accommodations for those with disabilities. Please be mindful of property's limitations in this regard.
