Built in the early 1900s, it has been renovated bringing to light the original characteristics of the structure. The house is perfect for families with children and for guests of all ages! The space One level apartment, comfortable and spacious. The bedroom and living area are very large and airy, with the characteristic stone vaults. The house is composed of: A large bedroom with a double bed A comfortable living room with dining table and sofa bed A kitchen with hob, microwave, oven and fridge. A comfortable bathroom We have a camping cot for small children and a space where they will find games and books! Other things to note The house is in the heart of the bustling historic center of Monopoli. You can walk among the typical shops, restaurants and clubs, and reach the sea with a few minutes walk. All the beauties, monuments and services of the center can be reached on foot. The station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
