Our neighborhood is located in an eco-friendly forest island in the city, and has sandy roads with private maintenance. Please move slowly on them, help the dust not fly up, drive carefully. Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply. - No parties at all - this house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Nor you nor us want to have issues with the Law. - No smoking or vaping on the property. It's strictly prohibited and fine will be applied. An additional fee to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply. - Report any damages and/or breakages within 24 hours of occurrence. - Pick up all trash before departing. Place all garbage in an outside trash can. - Please wash all dishes. Please run the dishwasher before departure. - Late checkout fee - up to 1 hour - $100, after 1 hour - full day fee. - Do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use. If you are bringing a pet with you then we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or charge an additional $250 pet fee. Please do not rearrange the furniture. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, then we reserve the right to either TERMINATE YOUR STAY IMMEDIATELY. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. If the unfortunate event that neighbors are disturbed, your stay will be terminated immediately. No weapons and no drugs - Police will be notified right away with supporting evidence and your stay will be terminated immediately.
