DIRECTIONS / CODES ----Front door access code and directions to Always & Forever will be given to you a couple of weeks prior to your arrival by email. You will not be able to check-in to the cabin prior to 3:00 pm (EASTERN) unless approved in advance by owner. The door access code will not activate until that time. a. Each guest will be assigned new door codes for security purposes Other things to note Winter weather conditions may conflict with your travel schedule, so please make sure you check the weather prior to departure. **WEATHER AND DRIVING CONDITIONS** If there is a snow/ice storm, no refunds will be given. This cabin has pretty easy access on paved streets. Though significant winter storms are rare, some cabins may require 4-wheel drive and/or tire chains during winter storms. Road surface conditions are not guaranteed at any time. Please ask any questions you may have about the road conditions where the unit is located. No changes or refunds will be given for fear of curvy or steep roads. We do not provide transportation or take responsibility for towing service. If during your stay very cold weather occurs (below freezing), PLEASE, PLEASE drip the faucets in the cabin during the night. If the pipes freeze, please contact Maintenance as soon as you can. They will take care of the situation as soon as possible. **Please note there will be no reschedules accepted after the 60-day window from your check-in date.
