Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and chargeable, please inform us of this additional request as soon as possible for us to confirm the availability of the apartment. Please respond honestly to the pre booking message at the time of booking. This is intended to help us get to know you to make sure the space fits your needs. Please remember that our property is located in a tropical country and therefore some small insects such as mosquitoes and cockroaches are present in the area. We love the warmth of summer and so do these bugs. Be careful with leaving food on the table or leaving the windows and doors open at night as these critters will find their way in. As the apartment you are staying in is the one located in the apartment building, therefore it is possible that insects will appear from the ones next door. We have done our best to prevent this, but please don't be alarmed if seen and just let us know and we will make sure that we will do our best to help you. 3. We have a strict no drugs or stimulants policy. No parties or events that can break the peace and comfort in my home or the neighbors. Treat my neighbors with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within an acceptable level. 4. Please adhere to the 12pm checkout time to give our cleaner enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest to Airbnb's enhanced cleaning standards. 5. Please do not smoke in the apartment, this is a strict requirement as smoking in the apartment may trigger the fire alarm system. You will be fully responsible before the laws of Vietnam and the fees related to the activation of the building's fire alarm system. If you smoke, Please only smoke on the ground floor area around the building and keep the public cleaning 6. Please send us a picture of your Citizen Identity ( if you are a Vietnamese citizen) Or a picture of your Passport ( If you are a foreigner) for us to register your stay with the local authorities. This is required by the local goverment for short-term reservations in the area. We will change the apartment password and put the card in the mailbox for you to check in by yourself after we receive the image of your ID. If you don't do that, please text or call us when you are in the lobby of the building. My staff will come to meet you to take photos of them and give you the keys. 7. Please return the elevator card to the mailbox of the apartment when you check out.
