This is not a place to rent if you wish to be very social & invite friends over to hang out, before going out, or after going out after the bars are closed. This is more for the business travelers and vacationers who plan to be out exploring most of the time and using the apt as a place to sleep. I say this for the although its a complete remodel the building itself its from the 1950's and there are real hardwood floor so sound/noise travels and there are three other Airbnb rentals and usually the building is full.
