EV Car Charger (Level 2-J1772) is available w/ extra electric usage charge via tracking app. The space The large open cabin is bright + entirely made of redwood with a huge wrap-around deck with seating + lounge chairs that gets plenty of sunlight. The house is 1500 sf, contemporary/minimalist yet cozy with a warm interior redwood patina in classic 1960's Sea Ranch Architecture style. There are 8 majestic & very tall old growth redwood trees on the property and you are surrounded by the forest. It is very cozy. There is central heating + fireplace + washer/dryer, dishwasher, skylights in every room. Two queen size beds and one bedroom has an additional sleeping loft. There are 4 other extra sleeping arrangements ( house has 4 couches total) in the common areas . There is a cozy window sunroom with a relaxing lounge chair facing the forest. A giant redwood towers over you through a skylight in the shower. A tranquil retreat--the house is quiet-- nestled on 2/3 acre in the redwood forest far from other houses. The bedrooms have carpet. The main area has bamboo flooring. Plenty of cooking pots & pans etc. Fast WIFI--stream to work from home! 40 Inch Roku TV + stereo + record player.
