Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on advance request), 1 x bunk with a pull out trundle bed, 1 x twin bedroom. Ground-floor bathroom, another bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a front lawn, back garden with lawn, decking and furniture, an outdoor shower and storage for surfboards etc. Within 0.1 mile, you will find a pub, and within 0.3, a shop and beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A coastal getaway with sea views awaits at Atlantis! Bedroom 1 is made up as a Superking zip link bed, if you require these to be configured differently, please contact us at least a week before your stay.Please note that the property has CCTV camera's in operation, please contact us for more information. Garden Gate: Guests may use the garden gate giving direct access to The Oyster Catcher pub at the bottom of the garden. The gate is only secured by two bolts as the combination lock is not in use and by a wooden latch having entered the Oyster Catchers garden. This access is agreed on the understanding that all guests will please make sure the gate is securely bolted shut again once you have re entered Atlantis for obvious security reasons.Please contact us for short break enquiries.Please note the property is only suitable for 8 adults max and 2 children.
