A great place for business travelers or people who want to visit Pflugerville and Austin. We are a short walk to downtown Pflugerville; 3mins to Stone Hill Commercial area; close to 130 (for Airport); 20 minutes to downtown Austin, 15 minutes to The Domain. Short drive to Samsung, Dell, GM, and IBM. Located in a quiet neighborhood; we want to respect our neighbors, so we look for guests with positive reviews and who agree to house rules. Please list all guests on the reservation. The space This is a single-family home and my primary residence. The house itself is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath two-story which was originally built in 1987, but in 2019 was totally renovated and upgraded. The furnishings are relaxed, cheerful and comfortable. The entire house is floored with Luxury-Vinyl-Plank (no carpets) including all Guest rooms. The kitchen has new modern appliances including a gas stove. All linens are provided including clean sheets, blankets, and pillows. The bathroom is also fully stocked with anything you may have forgotten - let's make this a stress free trip! You also get full use of all common areas of the home including the full kitchen with gas appliances and eating area, clothes washer/dryer, and living room. Complimentary highspeed WiFi/internet throughout the house. The Upstairs Living room is exclusive for Guests and you are welcome to join us in our master living room downstairs. The kitchen, outside deck/garden are also available to you as is the Laundry room. We had a second large refrigerator that is also available to you for your food. In addition, you also can use our Wifi printer, the precision shredder, and did I mention blazing fast internet speed throughout the house. I work in the IT business at IBM. My partner since 2000, Dave, is originally from Florida and has several small businesses that he manages. Our master bedroom is on the ground floor.
