There is a community pool available for guests to use! Beautiful Rosemary and Alys Beach are both an easy bike ride away, and walking distance to Inlet Beach, home to Grouper Reef, is right nearby as well! This home is 4 years old and just recently added to Airbnb for rental requests. Guest access Full access to the house. Other things to note Community Pool hours are dusk to dawn. No night time swimming is permitted under the community’s pool operating permit.
