Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet has a fireplace between the bedroom and spa whirlpool tub of the bathroom. Other upstairs bedroom is a second master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another walk-in closet. Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed; Guest room has a queen size, and downstairs study has a day bed with a roll-out trundle bed. Near-by a path leads to the pool & tennis courts, a short 3 minute walk through the wooded area and over a scenic stream. Attached one-car garage. Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Courts (seasonal); Incline Village Private Beach passes available for an extra fee (advance purchase is necessary). We live close-by in Incline Village and are available for questions, directions to the best hiking trails, or if you have any questions. This is a quiet townhome complex but only a short walk to stores, restaurants, bars, and the beach. Once you arrive in Incline Village, it is easy to walk around or ride your bike.
