Lux Relax Apartment

The apartment overlooks the wonderful pool and the wind cools the terrace all day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to make you feel at home. You will be immersed in a beautiful garden with tropical plants and flowers and the sound of the waterfall will lull you into relaxation. The beaches are a 7-minute drive away and the Spanish Water lagoon is 700 meters away for your morning or evening walks or runs. The space The kitchen and the open space living room overlook the large terrace that can be used along its entire length, near the kitchen there is a small service room with a washing machine and brooms. The oven is also a microwave and the stove is induction. The living room is also equipped with air conditioning, not necessary if you keep the French windows open because the wind constantly enters from the terrace and naturally cools you. On one side of the living room, you can access the master bedroom, which has a full private bathroom, while on the other side, you can access the second, slightly smaller bedroom, which has a private bathroom with shower and a toilet that can also be used by guests. Guest access The resort is private and only condominiums and guests can access the garden and pool, the rooms are equipped with keys. Inside the apartment you will find various useful information about the resort and the island and we will always be at your disposal for anything you need. The apartment is on the ground floor, there are no stairs. Other things to note Given the high cost of electricity and the ecological impact on the island, we have included a consumption of 15 kwH per day in the management costs and we ask our guests to forgive us if we are forced to ask for payment of any extra consumption at the end of the stay. Upon arrival, we will show you the amount on the electricity meter via photo. The cost per kWh is $0.50. On average, the consumption for 8 hours of air conditioning at 26-27 degrees in the two bedrooms is equal to 15 kwH, 7.5 USD which are equal to 7 Euros, those that we have included in the price. The resort consists of apartments and villas both rented to tourists and lived by residents. The environment is particularly peaceful and relaxing. We ask our customers for the kindness of maintaining a low tone of voice and not listening to loud music or TV. The swimming pool can be used until 9 pm to avoid disturbing noise.
