We're just down the hill from the free shuttle to the mountain top & 4 mins drive from Town Square. Have access to WMAC club pools, gym & work out room for a daily rate fee. Just check out "Elizabeth 's Guidebook" Our 2 level condo features a living room with a new fireplace, a full kitchen, 1st floor bedroom with a queen size bed & an attached bath ....Great for your in-laws or those who like their separate space... On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed, sky lights and an attached full bathroom with a jacuzzi. Adjacent is the sun room, an open sleeping area, just off the master bedroom, with skylights & 2 twin beds….great for the kiddies….A washer & dryer for quick washes. And, of course, free WiFi, & wood for the wood burning fireplace. As a plus, there are Smart TVs for watching Netflix or Hulu. (Please note: there is NO cable TV). We’re just down the hill from the free shuttle bus stop....If you prefer to drive, we’re 6 minutes from the top of the Ski Mountain, 4 minutes from Town Square & 2 minutes from the White Mountain Athletic Center, where the pools are ! You will have access to pools & all WMAC club amenities for a daily rate fee. ($20/individual & $50/family Please Note: Rates are set by the Club. Accessibility is a privilege we pass onto our guests). Parking at the condo is free, open & accessible. Guests will access property through door with combination. Combination will be given the day before arrival along with additional information that will be helpful & make more comfortable your stay. Please note: as a precaution, there is a monitor in the exterior storage closet & alcove with the water heater. I can be reached through messaging. There will be a local property manager for immediate assistance. Our condo is located in the Waterville Valley Resort, centrally located in the Forest Rim complex. We’re a 6 minute drive to the Ski Mountain & a 4 minute drive to Town Square. Town Square is where there’s bike & paddle boat rentals, hiking info, skating, restaurants, shopping & more. Our condo is walking distance to the Waterville Recreation Center, the location for rock wall climbing & the Indoor basketball courts. And it’s around the corner from the White Mountain Athletic Center.....Where the pools are ! (Check out my “guidebook” For nearby national park nature sites, great pancakes, groceries & more) Catch the local free “Shush" bus at the top of our hill. It makes numerous stops throughout Waterville Valley, including the Ski Mountain. White Mountain Athletic Club, Town Square, and more. Guests are asked, before leaving, to clean out refrigerator, place trash in dumpster & run dishwasher. Note: we do NOT allow SMOKING or pets of any kind. No small, short haired, non shedding DOGS of any kind !! Front doorbell will monitor & detect any dog which is not allowed.
