From the living room, you can reach a sleeping area in the attic via a wooden staircase. This can accommodate 3 people. The bedroom is under the roof. In summer temperatures, this room heats up a bit. Another small room offers a maximum of 2 people (single beds 0.90 m x 2.00 m). The kitchen is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen. Here you will find an electric stove with integrated microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, glasses or cutlery. Wipes and towels are sufficiently available. A small dining area for 4 people is located in the kitchen and a large dining area for 6 people is located in the living room. The small bathroom has a window and is equipped with a toilet and shower. There are excursion destinations in every direction, such as Plauen, Reichenbach, Zwickau, Chemnitz, Dresden, Meissen or Annaberg - Buchholz. A selection of destinations whether on foot, by bike or by car is available in the apartment. Guest access The guest apartment is on the upper floor of the house. Another guest apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. I myself do not live in the property, but 9 km away in Stollberg.
