Vacation on a spacious 45 m² (2nd floor) with balcony and great sea views. The large living-dining room is equipped with a cozy sofa corner and flat-screen TV. The dining area can comfortably accommodate four people for feasting. From the living room you can access the balcony with The space fantastic views of the beach and the Baltic Sea. The bedroom has a cozy double bed (with two mattresses) and a private TV. The open kitchen area is fully equipped for vacation needs. An oven and dishwasher are included, as are the coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Dishes and cutlery are sufficiently available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower with glass partition. For the use of the parking lot you will receive an ID card for which a security deposit of €25.00 will be charged. The house "Mole" is in an ideal holiday location just 30 meters from the beach! And in general, the house is a good starting point for everything you want to do on vacation: Restaurants, a playground, a skating rink and kiosks are very close. A bakery, bike rental, and - for the very sporty guests - a fitness studio can also be found within a radius of 500 meters. You can park your car comfortably in the public parking spaces at the harbor (parking pass is available with the keys) - and leave it there. It is best to do everything on foot or by bike. Buses run several times a day to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn. So you are super flexible. In general, Großenbrode is a great starting point for bike tours of all kinds: in Heiligenhafen you are in a good hour - with the e-bike even a bit faster or you can enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsundbrücke and cycle directly to Fehmarn. The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode and the Warderstadt Heiligenhafen (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. In addition to the traditional fishing port, you will also find one of the largest and most modern marinas in Germany, a 500-meter-long pier and a kilometer-long beach.
