Guest access You will have full access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and dining room. The apartment also has a private entrance. Other things to note The key collection is done at our Welcome Center - located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff! There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a cost of 40€ after 7 p.m. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on the cost of water, electricity, and the internet/television package of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess cost will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow access to a collaborator of the host for property inspections, with monthly visits expected. We have a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to make a request!
