The space This comfortable, stand-alone, cozy, tiny cottage equipped with everything you need to make your Santa Fe vacation fabulous was built in the early 1940s and has been renovated to ensure your enjoyment and comfort! The property is conveniently located within a private compound and has off-street parking for one vehicle directly in front of the unit. Once parked, you can walk all over downtown. You will find Santa Fe's downtown art, culture, museums, galleries, restaurants, and nightlife. Enjoy your vacation from this great 405-square-foot gem. The house includes three rooms: 1) A kitchen, complete with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, four burner stove/oven, toaster, miniature-sized dishwasher, an assortment of plates, cups, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and other cooking essentials are available as well as a spice rack with assorted spices. The kitchen is stocked with gourmet coffee, creamers, and light breakfast items. A bar with two bar stools is available in the kitchen from which to enjoy meals. 2) The bedroom/living room combo is equipped with a queen-size bed; high thread count sheets, blankets, a comforter, and several soft pillows. Next to the bed are two side lamps on small tables. There is a digital clock with an iPod docking station next to the bed. This room also holds a recliner and a club chair, a high-top table with two stools, a small dresser, and a 40-inch Smart TV. A 5.10" x 4-foot closet is available to store your luggage. A gas fireplace provides a romantic and warm setting for comfortable sleep during the winter months and keeps the home toasty warm during the winter months. 3) The tiny bathroom has a shower, sink-in cabinet, and potty. It is stocked with towels, soap, a hair blower, shampoo, and cream rinse. The on-demand instant hot water heater provides lots of hot water. The European-style bathroom is 29 sq. ft. and the ceiling of the bathroom is 6'8. We offer our guests FREE high-speed internet and a smart Roku TV 40-inch flat-screen television with lots of viewing choices including Netflix. In the closet, you will find extra towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, and a full-sized ironing board and iron. A full-sized Washer/Dryer is available for your use during your stay.
