A clean, cozy bedroom in a beautiful home in S. Eugene. Only 3 mi from UO and Hayward Field. You're welcome to use the kitchen and living areas, and encouraged to enjoy this beautiful property! The 1/3 acre has 12 fruit trees, raised beds, two very entertaining ducks, and two chickens. A small table on the deck, with a view of the coast range, is a great place to have your morning tea or coffee. Pet Fee: $10 per dog/per night, $5 per cat/per night Discount available for bird care/watering The space The bedroom is large, very clean, and has a comfortable queen size bed. There's a closet and dresser, night stands and luggage racks. There is no AC. Only a window fan and a standing fan. There is a large deck where guests can eat and relax. Guest access The bathroom (shower & tub) is shared with just me, the owner, but I spend very little time in there. During your stay I enjoy meeting new people and since I have lived in Eugene for more than 30 years, I'm happy to help new visitors find good places to eat, shop, hike, and explore. However, I am also very respectful of your privacy and am fine if you just want to be on your own. It's a quiet home with comfortable spaces, both inside and outside, to read, make your phone calls, work on your computer, or just relax. Other things to note Shoes are not worn in this house.
