In winter, the "Heimberg" chairlift is in the immediate vicinity (100m away) and the piste runs right behind the house. This gives you perfect access to the entire Lenzerheide/Arosa ski area with 225km of groomed pistes. Likewise, the cross-country ski run is right outside the front door, which takes you into a fantastic and varied mountain landscape. In summer, nature in front of the door invites you to an active summer holiday. Wonderful mountain hikes or mountain bike experiences can be started directly from here.
