The space This lovely townhouse overlooks the communal pool at The Sanctuary. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house with a third bedroom in the courtyard cottage. The cottage is great for families traveling with a nanny or for grandparents to have a bit of space for themselves. Cassia 4 is very centrally located on the resort and is just a couple minutes walk from the gym and the golf clubhouse. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, unless booked for 2 bedrooms only. IMPORTANT UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2025 From 1st May 2026, Royal Westmoreland Club will be introducing a weekly charge for issuing house guest cards to Member’s rental guests. The charge will be US$125 per week or part thereof and will cover all guests residing in the villa. To access the Club facilities (Beach Club, Beach Shuttle, Gym, Sanctuary Pool, Tennis, Padel & Pickle Ball Courts), guests must register at Guest Services and pay the required fee for the issuance of house guest cards. This is beyond the Member’s control. Green fees do apply for those wanting to enjoy the World Class Golf Course.
