The large backyard deck is perfect for gathering on a sunny day to grill and since alfresco. Things to Know Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming. Guest access You'll enter using the keypad on the front door. Enter your access code - a green light will flash to confirm the code is accepted. If the light flashes red, the code may have been entered incorrectly; allow 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. Once the code is accepted, rotate the deadbolt beneath the keypad away from the door jam to unlock it, then open the door using the handle. When you leave, press the Schlage button on the keypad, then rotate the deadbolt toward the door jam to engage it. The door does not lock automatically, so please lock it manually when you depart. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. If early check-in or late checkout is available for your dates, you'll receive an email or text message with the offer. Other things to note The home has two televisions: one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Air conditioning is available May through September, with mini split units in the kitchen/living area and master bedroom, plus window units in the queen, twin, and full bedrooms. Air flows from these rooms into the bunk bed room. Heat comes from electric baseboard units in the first floor bedrooms, with individual thermostats in the first floor bedrooms and bathrooms so you can control the temperature to your preference. All linens and towel sets are provided, with backups located throughout the unit. A gas grill is available May through September for seasonal use.
