Rizes Villa surrounded by an olive grove, located between the traditional Mediterranean village of Pigi and the village of Agia Triada offering beautiful nature, sea and mountain views! The space The villa is divided into two floors and covers 320 sq. m. in total, situated in a plot of 1,250 sq. m. and it can accommodate six guests in its three bedrooms and up to eight guests if necessary. The Villa is a perfect holiday destination for couples, families with children or groups of friends and it's a short distance to the nearest shops and just a short drive away from the beach and Rethymno town. Layout Ground Floor Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is an open plan area combining the living room and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling glass balcony doors offer nature and pool views and ample sunlight. The split-level living room features a large corner sofa, 65’’ NanoCell TV with a Playstation 4 Pro console, Netflix, bluetooth speaker and a coffee table on one side, while the fireplace, piano and another two sofas are on the other side. The dining area provides seating for six guests. The fully equipped kitchen is situated on the ground level with its branded appliances, equipment, water filter and cookware for a self catered holiday. The kitchen features an island with four electric hobs and a free hanging vent hood along with a kitchen table for six. From the kitchen there is direct outdoor access to the pool terrace. Ground Floor bedroom King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with shower, Air conditioning, 32” Smart TV with Netflix, Closet, and terrace with direct access to a the pool area Finally, a WC and the laundry area with a washing machine and dryer can be found on the ground level. First Floor The first floor features two bedrooms. - Master: King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with shower and double sink, Air conditioning, 32” Smart TV with Netflix, Walk in closet, Desk space, Direct access to a private balcony with nature views. - King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with shower, Air conditioning, 32” Smart TV with Netflix, Walk in closet, and terrace with direct access to large balcony with pool and nature views. Outdoor area The exterior of Villa Rizes Agia Triada covers 250 m2 and offers: - A private, 35 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,40 m deep. The pool may heated upon advance request with an additional daily charge (Advance notice at least three days before arrival). - The pool area is equipped with sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower and umbrellas - Outdoor kitchen with a sink and charcoal BBQ with a dining table for six - Οutdoor dining area for 10 guests by pool shaded under a pergola - Parking space for 2 cars under a pergola - Lawn covered area, fruit and olive trees surround the property - The whole villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests. Guest access Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoors and outdoors! Other things to note 🌿 Outdoor Pool Heating Policy Temperature Range Pool heating aims to maintain a maximum of 26 °C, depending on outdoor weather conditions. Recommended Usage Months Heating is generally offered during March to mid-June and October to November. Advance Notice Required Please provide at least 3 days’ notice prior to arrival to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature. Heating Fee Pool heating is available at an additional cost of €50/day. Minimum Booking Period Heating must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
