Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, both porch areas, and the property. Guests do not have access to the garage. The pool is closed, and the area is off limits. The pool is covered and fenced in for our guest safety. Xfinity Wifi up to 200mbps Other things to note There is no air conditioning in the home. On hot days, with windows open and screen doors in use and blinds closed to the sun, it stays comfortable and has a very nice breeze. The skylights provide natural light throughout the house. There are 3 portable air conditioners, 1 in each bedroom. The home is heated with high efficiency electric wall heaters/fans in each bedroom and living area that can be controlled at the unit or remote. Instructions on how to operate heaters are in the Welcome Book and next to each heater. At times, the heater may click on and off frequently, simply adjust the temperature a few degrees, and it will stop and eventually return to its program. All TV's are smart and have free TV or login/out of apps you subscribe to. Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer. complimentary laundry soap and dryer sheets provided.
