The large, screened porch, with spectacular long-range mountain view allows smokers and sunset watchers a covered place to retreat to and enjoy the cool mountain air, or choose the unscreened porch for sunny views and grilling opportunities. Designed for comfort this two-bedroom (one King, one Queen), one-bath home has everything you need to disconnect from the world and recharge—over 1,000 sq. ft. of comfort. Other property notes: - ADA FRIENDLY. A ramp makes getting in and out of the house a breeze and the rooms are ADA friendly. - DOG FRIENDLY. We are a dog-friendly property (two dogs, max weight 100 lbs): we kindly ask that you treat the furniture with care and pick up the scoops in the lawn. A small cleaning fee will be added. - SMOKING. Okay by us as long as it's outside and please clean up butts and cigar remains. - STOCKED KITCHEN: We've tried to cover all your cooking needs: Cookware, basic oil, salt and pepper and some spices. - TOILETRIES: You'll find paper products, toilet paper and laundry detergent in good supply. Please be prepared to provide your own personal items. -LINENS: You'll find plenty of pillows, blankets and linens. -WIFI: You'll want to turn on Wi-Fi calling on your phone as you approach the house and the WIFI code will be provided prior to arrival. Mountain life does include some outtages: with storms or without. -TELEVISION: The tv has a WIFI ROKU firestick. Log into your favorite streaming services or press ROKU for free stations. A DVD player with a variety of movies is also provided for your entertainment pleasure.
