The space This space is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom one story modern house, with ocean view in the front yard and kitchen. All appliances including dishwasher, fancy fridge with screen, washer and dryer, microwave are all brand new. New linens, new flooring, new central AC, new dining table and sofas. It feels serene and private, at the same, beach, restaurants, markets and malls are minutes away. King bedroom, Coffee Station, outdoor BBQ and more! Please be aware that Malibu is a high fire risk area, and fireworks are strictly prohibited to ensure the safety of our community and the environment. For long-term stays (reservations over 28 days), a $1,000 security deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the dates. In the traditional long-term rental market, security deposits often range from one to two months’ rent, so our deposit is significantly lower—intended more as a gesture of commitment than a financial barrier.
