Guest access ☆☆ GUEST ACCESS ☆☆ Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including both the upstairs and downstairs spaces, with the following features: 1️⃣ Upstairs Space: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 🛁 Full kitchen 🍳, dining area, and living room with a fireplace 🔥 Direct access to the backyard 2️⃣ Downstairs Space: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 🛁 Full kitchen 🍳, dining area, and cozy living space with a fireplace 🔥 Guests also have full use of the enclosed backyard, which includes: A hot tub open all year✨ A 16-person outdoor dining table 🍴 Cornhole 🎯, a fire pit 🔥, and a charcoal grill. 🚗 Parking: The driveway has space for two vehicles, and there’s ample street parking available in front of the house and across the street. Other things to note 🗑️ Trash Day: **Trash is collected every Friday morning or occasionally on Saturday. **Please place the trash bins on the street on Wednesday or Thursday and return them to the black square by the garage by Saturday afternoon. 🛠️ Scheduled Maintenance: Hot Tub Maintenance: The crew visits midweek, typically Tuesday or Wednesday. Please avoid using the hot tub for 6 hours after cleaning, per the cleaning company’s guidelines. Lawn Care & Landscaping: This crew visits every week, typically on Wednesday. They do not need access to the home, only the garage which is not accessible via the house and is reserved for maintenance and owners storage only. 🌡️ Smart Thermostat: The home is equipped with Nest smart thermostats, which can be adjusted by turning the dial left or right. We’ve set a comfortable temperature range that guests can adjust within. This helps ensure consistent comfort throughout the house while also protecting our HVAC system. We have both a service contract and a manufacturer warranty in place, and adjusting the system beyond the preset limits could void that coverage. If you’d like the temperature adjusted beyond the current range, just send us a quick message. We’re happy to assist remotely if needed. The system is typically set to maintain the home around 70°F for everyone’s comfort. 🏡 Respect the Neighborhood: This home is located in a quiet residential area, so we kindly ask that you be respectful of the neighbors. No parties, please. Violations of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $500. ⏰ Check-Out Policy: Last-minute or unapproved late check-outs will result in a $300 late check-out fee or 20% of the total reservation cost, whichever is greater.
