Guest access Keys Island Villa is located in Venture Out Cudjoe Key. Venture Out is a gated community and the Association has a $125 access fee (per property per stay). The $125 fee is required to be paid upon first contact at the security gate (no exceptions). Guests have exclusive use and occupancy of the home, the dock and patio/porches. Venture Out Common areas offer two swimming pools, hot tub, tennis boccie ball and many public areas to recreate. Venture Out has plenty of level roadways to take a walk. Venture also has a convenience store on the property. Other things to note Venture Out rules require only on vehicle can be parked in the free dedicated 24 hour parking space under unit 354. Extra guest vehicles may park from morning until 11PM on the street. Overnight extra vehicles and boat trailers may be able to purchase overflow parking when available.
