The space This space is located in the basement of the host's primary residence. There is a separate entrance through the backyard into the basement space. There are 2 dedicated tandem parking spots located on the left of the home, and unlimited street parking. Once inside the basement, there is a large living space, laundry room, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. There is also a dedicated workstation set up inside of the primary bedroom with the king bed to allow guests to work remotely. The workstation includes a desk, monitor, mouse, keyboard and docking station. Guest access To access the space, the guest will follow an illuminated path around the front of the home into the backyard, where the door is located. The door has a smart lock on it, and the code will be provided 24 hours prior to check in. Guests will have access to the entire basement without interaction with the hosts (unless requested).
