Down the hallway and to the left, you'll find the entrance to Casa Wabi Sabi which opens directly into your private home. The home has 3 bedrooms all with queen sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. In addition to your own private pool and patio area, there is another outdoor space towards the back of the property with outdoor dining, barbeque grill, and sun loungers. This additional outdoor space is shared with guests from the property next door. Check out is before 11am. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in if availability allows. (Let us know if you would like you drop off your bags early so that you can enjoy Merida while we get the house ready for you) We allow smoking on the balconies and any of the outdoor areas, but it is prohibited inside the property. Please respect the property. We love Casa Wabi Sabi and we are sure you will too! Maid fee: For rentals in excess of 1 week, weekly cleaning as well as pool maintenance will be provided at no extra charge. Contact us if you are interested in additional cleaning for an extra fee. Electricity is included for stays of 2 weeks or less; and for stays of longer than 2 weeks, no electricity is charged unless the usage greater is USD$3 a day for the 1BR or 2BR homes, or USD$5 a day for the larger homes. Pet fee: One small (under 15kg) pet is welcome, but the guest is responsible for all damage caused by their pets. An extra pet fee of $75 will be charged. Extra guests fee: Each guest after 6 will incur an additional fee of $15 per night. Furniture and décor from pictures may differ.
