Relax in the backyard and fire up the grill. The space This modern cozy 4 bedroom house offers plenty of room for you and your family to enjoy their stay. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. This home comfortably sleeps 8. Master bedroom offers a comfortable queen sized bed, private bathroom and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 offers two plush twin sized beds and closet with hangers and luggage rack. Bedroom 3 a stylish airy bedroom, that includes a queen sized bed and closet with hangers and luggage rack. Bedroom 4 Offers a full sized bed, that includes a closet with hangers and luggage rack. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances - gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a fridge. Also included is a Coffee Keurig, Blender, toaster and all necessary dinnerware, silverware, cookware to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal. Bathrooms We provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body soap (located in the medicine cabinet in each bathroom). Master Bathroom has a Shower and Tub. Guest bathroom has a Shower and Tub. Extra Towels are provided and located in the lien closet (located in the hallway). Extra pair of liens is also provided for each bed. NOTE: There is no access to the garage. Parties & Events are NOT Allowed. Guest access Smart lock code will be provided for a CONTACTLESS check in. Guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage. There is no access to the garage. Other things to note •If this property is not available for the dates you need, please check out our other airbnb. “Urban Teal Casita” OUR CLEANING PROTOCOL An extensive process of cleaning & disinfecting of all surfaces is in place. Cleaning crew sanitizes all the surfaces with Lysol/ Clorox. The house is also aired out. You can rest assured that every effort will be made to make sure that the house will be safe, clean, sanitized for your arrival. After it’s cleaned I stop by and do a quick inspection just to make sure everything is as it should be. I view each stay as if I were staying there and what my expectations would be.
