Vaulted ceilings, coastal décor, and an open floor plan flood the home with natural light. Have the chef of the group whip up a scrumptious meal in the kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, plenty of prep space, and a breakfast bar. The living room offers plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead from the living area to the covered lanai, a perfect space for your morning coffee or to dine al fresco. Unwind in the primary bedroom which offers a king bed, flat screen TV, balcony access and beautiful en suite. There are two guest bedrooms both with king beds plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. This home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Outdoors there is lush landscaping, heated pool with spill-over-spa, and shaded pool side lounge area. The pool and lanai area are screened in which is great to enjoy the area with minimal bugs or debris. A washer and dryer, gas grill, two beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon complete this home. Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
