Please note that you will need to climb stairs and there is no lift on site. The roof terrace is generally shared with the neighbours. However, the area designated for our guests is pleasantly screened off, so you can sit there comfortably without being directly visible to others. Bicycles can be parked free of charge in the outdoor area at the rear of the cottage if required. Use is at your own risk; we accept no liability for loss, theft or damage. ★ LAYOUT OF THE FLAT ★ The 83 m² flat offers two separate bedrooms and a spacious living/dining area. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m. The second, smaller bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m. Guest access You can gain access to the flat using an access code provided in advance. You can make use of the following amenities during your stay: ✔ Free parking right outside the front door ✔ Washing machine ✔ Tumble dryer ✔ Iron and ironing board ✔ Fans in every room ✔ Travel cot and high chair Other things to note ✔ For security and registration purposes, you will need to complete a short registration form to verify your identity before check-in. ✔ Check-out is by 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure. Please ensure you leave the accommodation in good time so that it can be prepared for the next guests. ★ SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE ACCOMMODATION ★ Please do not smoke in the flat. We aim to provide all guests with clean, fresh and pleasant accommodation. Unfortunately, we have had to deal with instances in the past where guests have smoked in the accommodation despite this notice. This is very unpleasant for subsequent guests and results in considerable effort being required to remove odours, carry out special cleaning and, where necessary, clean the furniture. For this reason, any evidence of smoking in the accommodation will result in a contractual penalty of €1,000. We therefore kindly ask you to respect this rule and to smoke only outside the flat.
