Cozy apartment with balcony and parking

The apartment is in the north of Berlin in a very green and stylish residential area. You can expect a well-equipped, modern and cozy apartment with a sun balcony on the second floor. The apartment has 2 rooms on 43 m² of living space and thus plenty of space for 2 people. There is also a covered parking space about 2.30 m high with a barrier directly on the property. The space A few steps or optionally a ramp takes you through the spacious entrance area directly to the elevator, which takes you to the second floor. Once there, the apartment is now on the right side of a lovingly designed, covered courtyard. You enter the apartment via a hallway with a wardrobe. From here you can go to the bedroom, the bathroom with shower and the living room with American kitchen and balcony. The location: The nearest tram station (M1) is within walking distance of the apartment. Via this line you can travel to the popular Prenzlauer Berg during the day in 10-minute intervals without having to change trains (Eberswalder Straße, Kastanienallee, Mauerpark takes about 15-20 minutes). Or you can just sit back and continue to Hackescher Markt (approx. 30 minutes) - there is the perfect starting point for exploring the historic center of Berlin. Museum Island or Alexanderplatz are not far and on foot you can walk along the magnificent street "Unter den Linden" to Pariser Platz with the Brandenburg Gate. Outside the city, the varied Brandenburg nature can be discovered in a few minutes by car. We do not accept instant bookings, only booking requests. Guest access The apartment is located in a large apartment building, whose units are partly rented by a hotel business and partly, like this apartment, privately. The spacious house entrance and the elevator are shared by all. Hotel areas such as the reception and the basement as a breakfast area are reserved for hotel guests.
