This inviting holiday house features a timber and beach theme throughout which adds to its appeal. Enjoy a 10 minute walk along the sand to Avoca Beach where you can enjoy a coffee or meal and take the kids paddle boating in the lagoon. Pine View is a five minute drive to Terrigal beach, eateries and shops, and a 15 minute drive to Erina Fair shopping centre. On the upper level master bedroom contains queen bed, built-in robe, deck access and ocean views, while bedroom 2 contains a double bed. On the lower level bedroom 3 contains a queen bed, built-in robe and ocean views, bedroom 4 contains two single beds with built-in robes, while bedroom 5 contains a tri-bunk bed and a single bed.
