Historic restored home in the heart of the Delano district. Home is literally steps from a wide variety of restaurants and bars! Base pricing is for 4 people, can accommodate up to 12 guests. Long term option is available at discounted rate. Driveway and off street parking available. We welcome everyone professional/leisure. We respect our neighbors, NO loud parties! No Venue type of gathering. Breakfast not provided. Easy access to US-400, I-135, 235 & airport. The space Perfect little home with plenty of character! Close to the ever improving Delano district with many restaurants and entertainment options within walking distance. We strive to maintain a fresh, classy, and healthy environment for our guests and neighbors, this is a strict non-smoking premise. This includes e-cigarettes and illegal substances. We highly encourage shoes to be left by the front door so dirt and spills are not traffic throughout the house without guests acknowledgement. This is not a commercial space that hold venue or massive gathering “No parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behavior. Authorities and Airbnb will be contacted for your removal. Please share and review house information and rules with your guests on the reservation. Guest access There are cleaning solution and cleaning towels underneath the sink. If there are accidental spills please clean it up using paper towels or cleaning towels. Shark vacuum onsite are not meant for liquid spills. Other things to note There are two bedrooms on the main floor sharing a bathroom. The third bedroom guest will have to access through stairs. To keep the flow with our geometric design we placed hexagon knobs in the kitchen. These knob edges can be sharp with little kids, please guide them away from these sharp edges. We have ring camera door bell for the front door for safety purposes.
